Esta nova versão, para além do disco original resmaterizado, também irá incluir o EP "Live ?!*@ Like A Suicide" de 1986, um segundo EP com b-sides da altura, 25 temas nunca antes editados e gravados nas sessões de 1986 nos Sound City Studios e ainda dois temas nunca editados com o produtor Mike Clink.
A versão superdeluxe inclui ainda um livro de capa dura de 96 páginas, com fotos inéditas do arquivo pessoal de Axl Rose, 12 ilustrações sobre cada canção e ainda réplicas de memorabilia.
Desde a sua edição em 1987 nos Estados Unidos, o disco já vendeu mais de 28 milhões de exemplares.
